We sell handcrafted candles and home fragrance products within the UK.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, as our candles are handmade, slight variations in colour, scent, and appearance may occur.

We reserve the right to change product details, pricing, or availability at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We accept secure online payments through Stripe, PayPal, and major debit/credit cards.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example, due to payment issues, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship within the UK only.
  • Standard dispatch time: 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

You can return your order within 7 days of receiving it, provided it’s unused and in its original packaging. To request a return, email us at contact@twelveyearflame.com with your order number.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged/Faulty Items: Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Exclusions: Sale items, gift cards, and used candles cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
